As a coach, I support individuals and companies in strengthening and developing the careers of female leaders.
My work is based on more than 23 years of leadership and management experience, a comprehensive coaching education and more than 600 hours of coaching experience. I support my clients with competence, passion and a high level of practical relevance to discover their own strengths and help them to integrate them into their work on a daily basis.
